Strength Training

Reformer Training
In our 50-minute, small-group reformer classes (max 6 people) you move differently, using the dynamic tension of springs to build strength and improve balance and endurance. Reformer challenges every muscle while improving joint mobility and postural stability. This is the perfect complement to strength training - helping you to move better, feel stronger and stay energised for life.
