Studio Etiquette

In order that our clients have the best possible experience every time they visit the studio, we uphold the highest standards of teaching, customer service and health & safety. We therefore request you adhere to the following rules of engagement for the enjoyment and safety of all.

As a JulesPilates.studio client, I agree:
  • To wear ToeSox
  • To have long hair tied back in a bun.
  • Not to eat, or chew gum, in the studio.
  • To use a water bottle instead of a cup in the studio.
  • To wait for the teacher’s signal to join if I’m late for a session.
  • To follow teachers’ health and safety advice when using equipment.
  • To leave valuable items at home and personal items on the shelves to the Nuformas.
  • To wear appropriate clothing for the Nuforma exercises (adequate shorts and leggings).
  • To photos being taken in the studio for use on professional social media channels.
  • To use the website or booking app to book or change all sessions.
  • To email in advance if there is any change in my physical ability (injury, pregnancy etc.). o To email the studio with any feedback or notifications (info@julespilates.studio ).
  • If you do not attend a booked session or cancel a session within 3 hours of the session start time, a No Show Fee will be invoiced, and immediate payment made by cash or credit card.
  • Current No Show Fees are as per the cancellation policy.
  • Freezes to memberships can only be made in accordance with the studio contracts.
  • To end a membership, in accordance with the studio contract, written notice must be given by email to info@julespilates.studio .
