Forever Young - 65+ Sessions

Please call (+44) 7882 872315 to book your first session and bring your confirmation email as proof of purchase. 

 

For the best experience, please bring water with you and wear sports clothing. You will also need to wear Toe Sox to use the machines (we stock them at the studio if you haven’t got them in advance). If you have long hair, be sure to bring a hair tie.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please call us at (+44) 7882 872315 at least 3 hours in advance to avoid losing your session.

 

Late cancellations or missed sessions without prior notice will be non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
