Our Clinical Pilates introductory offer includes 4 classes in 2 weeks as a personalised introductory package that will help us to get to know you - your body, your goals and any health challenges or physical limitations you may be working with.
It is a pathway to our Forever Young reformer group classes, ensuring you feel supported, prepared and ready to enjoy all the benefits of Pilates under the tutelage of a Clinical Pilates Teacher.
Forever Young - Clinical Pilates Sessions
Please call (+44) 7882 872315 to book your first session and bring your confirmation email as proof of purchase. All sessions must be used within 2 weeks of purchase.
For the best experience, please bring water with you and wear sports clothing. You will also need to wear Toe Sox to use the machines (we stock them at the studio if you haven’t got them in advance). If you have long hair, be sure to bring a hair tie.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please call us at (+44) 7882 872315 at least 3 hours in advance to avoid losing your session.
Late cancellations or missed sessions without prior notice will be non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
