2. How Your Data Is Used

Your data is used solely for the purposes of:

• Entering you into the competition

• Contacting the winner

• Sending all entrants an invitation to the winner announcement event at our studio

• Adding you to the Jules Pilates mailing list, which includes updates, news, and offers (you can unsubscribe at any time)

• Your consent (by submitting the form and ticking the consent box)

4. Who Has Access to Your Data

It is securely stored and managed via our booking provider, Momence.com, in accordance with their data storage and privacy policies.

Your data will be stored by Momence in a secure environment.
We will retain your competition entry data for a maximum of 3 months after the competition ends (i.e., until October 9th, 2025), after which it will be deleted from our contact lists and form submissions, unless you remain subscribed to our mailing list.
