There will be 2 winners announced - each winner can claim 2 intro offers. One announced, we will ask for the email and phone of the friend you choose, in order to send them their prize as well!

Competition Terms & Conditions

  • Open to UK residents aged 18+ only. 

  • Prize: Two winners will each receive two Menopause Intro Offers (worth £79 each) – one for themselves and one for a nominated friend.

  • Each Intro Offer includes 4 menopause-focused reformer Pilates classes to be taken within 2 weeks.

  • Prize is redeemable at our Beaconsfield studio only and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash alternative.

  • All entries must complete all 4 entry steps to be valid.

  • Winners will be chosen at random and announced on Instagram on Wednesday 8 October 2025.

  • Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of being contacted and provide their friend’s name, email, and phone number to arrange the prize.

  • By entering, you consent to us contacting you via email or Instagram for prize fulfilment and occasional studio updates (you can unsubscribe anytime).

  • We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the promotion if necessary.
